Family-owned and run, Rosalie House opened in 2018 as a way for Doyle and Vicki Thompson to share the wines from their vineyard. Located in Lilyvale, about 20 kilometres northwest of Toowoomba, the vineyard at Rosalie House was hand-planted by the Thompson family in 2005. The Rosalie House restaurant menu features local artisanal produce matched with Rosalie House Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot or Shiraz from grapes grown in the rich Darling Downs soil of Lilyvale Valley. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday for lunch and weekend brunch, sunset sessions and dinner.

Just a few hundred metres from the cellar door and restaurant is the picturesque Rosalie House Homestead, built in 1923.
