4 Brothers Brewing at “The Brewhouse”, Toowoomba

The first to give Toowoomba back its local beer cred, 4 Brothers Brewing has been serving their Toowoomba lager since 2017 on Margaret Street. Ex train driver owner Adrian Cubit likes to keep it local and create beers using local mangoes and pumpkins for their range of 10 pale ales, lagers, and stout on tap. There’s a place for quirky beers too with a smoked Arrogant Brother beer that tastes like a summer barbecue and a slightly sweet honey wheat beer made using honey from local native Australian stingless bees. Fill your growler or buy a six-pack to take home. Yes, you can eat here too! Tuck into a wide range of burgers, chips and spring rolls or do yourself with a stone-baked pizza. Catch 4 Brothers Brewing at the Carnival of Flowers Festival of Food and Wine or taste their Blueberry Lager at the Hampton Food and Arts Festival.

Guru Tip
There’s only one brother at 4 Brothers Brewing but The Brotherhood is strong with a $5 per month membership that entitles ‘Brothers’ to special benefits.
